Some people when faced with a problem may not know where to turn for help or advice, or who could help deal with their situation. Many may fear facing official or legal authorities or bodies. Others may have difficulty in expressing themselves or in defining their problems. The C.A.B. service works within the boundaries of its twelve guiding Principles It exists to provide help and is open to everyone regardless of their age, disability, race, class, gender,sexuality or creed. People come to C.A.B. knowing that whoever they are or however simple or complex their problem, they will receive assistance.
