In order to help you we need to maintain a record of your case, which may contain sensitive personal data. The law says we need to obtain your consent to do this.

Sensitive personal data is defined as information relating to any of the following:

• Trade union membership.
• Health.
• Sexuality or sex life.
• Offences and/or convictions.

For the purpose of the Act the Data Controller is Motherwell & Wishaw Citizens Advice Bureau. We assume that you have given your consent to CAB maintaining a record of your case unless you notify us to the contrary.
