Are you looking for a challenge in a dynamic environment of a thriving, innovative Citizens Advice Bureau?  An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our well known high performing charity. We are seeking a passionate, highly motivated individual who is looking to use their existing excellent business and service development skills to drive our sustainable organisational growth. The role will be central to leading on business developmental opportunities from maximising the income streams via grant funding, tendering, submitting proposals to implementing our social enterprise strategy whilst making a lasting difference in the local community. The role is a great opportunity for an individual looking to drive innovation and diversify our business whilst meeting the needs of our clients when maintaining delivery of our existing successful and scoping new, exciting projects.

M&W CAB is currently working on a business plan 2022-2025 with a new strategic direction. You will have an opportunity to be involved in shaping and delivering its objectives in relation to income generation, PR, marketing, communication, stakeholder engagement and Social Enterprise development. Your performance will be measured and rewarded according to achievement of a set objectives captured in our Business Plan.

You will be part of our Senior Management Team working closely with CEO, Operations Manager and Finance & HR Manager in scoping new projects and building news partnerships.

We are looking for a dynamic individual thinking outside the box with excellent business, service development, partnership building and communication skills who will support us in leading further transformation of our charity to enter a new exciting chapter.  A champion of making a difference in the community, passionate about delivering positive outcomes and driving innovation for all internal and external stakeholders who would work at the heart of biggest independent advice charity in our locality.
